Peter Colombo has been in the food industry for over 40 years.  He has ten years of experience in food and beverage at major hotels around the country.  He is currently the owner of Alfonso’s Italian restaurant and has been since 1982.

In the late 80’s he started Blue Bonnet Catering in Las Colinas.   His clients included Hewlett Packard.  Today, Peter caters to schools in DISD, MISD, and many private school in the area such as Bishop Lynch and St. Johns.  He also caters to multiple doctor’s offices, hospitals and several local businesses in the lake highlands and surrounding areas.

Peter is passionate about food and catering. He personally sees that all the food is of top quality and is committed to presenting a catering event experience that will have people talking about it for years.
